Farming......

Remember awhile back when I did a post about Sam and Nicole's farming project? Well, the tomato and cucumber plants have done wonderfully!! The flowers, well, they must have been dud seeds cuz they haven't done nothin'. It won't be long before we will be eating from our own garden!!!!!!!

We are "farming," too...in buckets! We have some tomatoes that are just coming out. They should be ready about the time the SMITE team gets here. This is the 2nd time we've tried it. The first time I think we had "dud" seeds, too...or dud soil...or maybe we were just the duds! :) Ha. We are looking forward to some yummy homegrown "maters!" We can only get Roma tomatoes here and they pick them so green to be able to sell them awhile in the market that I hardly ever get nice red tomatoes. If this works well we are considering expanding our "garden." Enjoy your harvest! :) Hope you had a great week with your parents!

Nicole, I'm so impressed with your "farming" skills and jealous, too! I haven't had time to have a garden for a couple of years and now, I don't have enough sun to have one! You must have a "green thumb!"
Love and miss you all! Angela
